Part of Your Development Team

 

As part of your development team, Senior Marketing Solutions will attend development team meetings and lead the team in carrying out the successful marketing of your project. We will provide the following:

 

- Arrange for and supervise marketing and promotion for the project in accordance with the marketing plan.

 

- Formulate selection and admissions criteria for residents of the project, with the approval of the admissions committee.

 

- Develop priority club, depositor, wait list and resident systems including admissions application and related forms.

 

- Oversee the preparation of collateral materials and conform to regulatory approvals, as required.

 

- Oversee the development of an advertising campaign including sending request for proposals and coordinating the interview and selection of an appropriate advertising agency.

 

- Oversee the setting up and maintenance of a finished sales office and develop its internal operating procedures.

 

- Hire, train and manage the sales staff.

 

- Supervise all sales activity, including reporting procedures.

 

- Report to development team or board of directors on a regular basis, the status of sales and occupancy, as well as marketing expenditures.

 

 

 


 

 

Interim Marketing Director


Senior Marketing Solutions offers marketing consultation on an interim basis. Maybe you are restructuring your marketing department or recruiting for a new director of marketing. If so, we can help.

Our interim marketing consulting services will consist of the completion of the following tasks:

 

Assist in recruiting and training a Director of Marketing and Community Relations.

An appropriate management level position will be defined to oversee marketing, sales and occupancy, community relations, and to serve as the liaison between the CEO and development team for strategic planning. This position will play a critical role in the development of networking affiliations and will serve in a liaison role between residents, staff and related community, wellness or educational resources. We will assist in the development of a job description, and we will assist in the recruiting and training of this individual.

 

Establish Policies and Procedures to position marketing for future expansion.

 All marketing policies and procedures will be reviewed. Development of revised policy and procedures will consider the potential future expansion of the community

 

Develop a preliminary marketing plan and budget for upcoming year.

 A detailed description of goals and objectives, staffing, and expenses will be developed. The preliminary marketing plan and budget will be consistent with the goals and mission of your community.
